A COSMIC TRAIL - NEW ALBUM "II: Mistral" OUT ON APRIL, 19TH
It's done! The new album "II: Mistral" will officially be released on April, 19th.
You can now pre-order in our shop @ acosmictrail.bandcamp.com.
II: Mistral will be released digital, on CD (jewel case + booklet) and as a
strictly limited gatefold LP in white vinyl.
People who pre-order the CD / LP in our shop will receive a free high quality
download link (320 kbit/s MP3, FLAC, Ogg Vorbis or ALAC) on release day.
We'll send out the CDs in time so that you will definitely hold the album in your hands
on April, 19th!
Vinyl takes a bit longer and we still don't know exactly when it will be available.
Should be around late April / early May, though.
People who order CD & LP will receive them separately so they won't have to wait
longer for their CD than the other purchasers. You don't have to pay extra for
p&p.
There are also t-shirts available but some sizes are already sold out.

A COSMIC TRAIL
A COSMIC TRAIL is an instrumental band that composes haunting and outstanding music
influenced by elements from rock, prog, metal, jazz, folk and soundtracks.
Combined and interweaved with beautiful melodies, stirring rhythms and lots of twists
and changes all this creates a very unique and distinctive atmosphere.
There's absolutely no room for typical post rock clichés in this band!

A COSMIC TRAIL came out of nowhere and released their debut "The Outer Planes"
in 2010. The album was sent to a small number of exclusive magazines.
Reviews were overwhelming! "The Outer Planes" became a no-brainer and enjoyed
popularity in all musical styles.
Two years of intense songwriting sessions resulted in the new album "II: Mistral".
A COSMIC TRAIL worked on every little detail in the arrangements but still there's
enough space for improvisation on the new tracks.
With the addition of drummer Klaus Engl (7for4) the new album sounds more
rhythmic, organic and even more diversified. A COSMIC TRAIL kept their sound
and style but are eager for constant progression and the urge to discover new
musical territories.
Their slogan widescreen cinema for your ears is still true!
