Billion Dollar Babies finished the new album - Check the pro shot documentary and sound preview

Noted Swedish hard rockers Billion Dollar Babies have just finished recording their next album under the guidance of well known producer Rikard Löfgren (Deathstars, Mustasch, Sparzanza). The record is said to be heavier and grittier than the band's previous releases, with lyrics telling dark and decadent tales of power greed, mind-altering chemicals and unhealthy states of mind. While negotiations with labels take place, the album title & release date will be revealed in the near future.

Basic tracks were recorded at BoomTown in Borlänge, live in the studio to capture as much as possible of the band's on-stage energy. Vocals, overdubs and mixing were done at Leon Music Studio in Karlstad by Rikard Löfgren who also helmed Billion Dollar Babies' last release "House of Dreams part 1".

Over the last decade and more than 200 concerts all over Europe, Billion Dollar Babies have built a well-earned reputation as one of Sweden's most entertaining and – literally – explosive live bands.

Basing their songs around huge guitar riffs and strong melodies, the band serves up a highly volatile cocktail that sounds like a cross between Ozzy Osbourne
and Rob Zombie starring in a dark musical written by Beelzebub himself and directed by Quentin Tarantino.

Billion Dollar Babies are:
Frankie Rich – Vocals
Max Lander – Guitar
Ewil 13 - Bass
