"Hymn of the Earth" is one of the most folky pieces that TENGGER CAVALRY has ever composed. It incorporates Mongolian dancing music grooves with hard rock beats," states bandleader Nature Ganganbaigal. "In this video, you'll see dancing by Altan Seseg, a Mongolian dancing group formed in NYC. We really enjoy working with them. They arranged a new set of dance based on this metal song we wrote and it was really cool, conveying the culture and emotion behind the music perfectly."
Also TENGGER CAVALARY will perform a two-hour unplugged set at New York City's Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall on December 24, 2015!
This performance is the band's first unplugged concert - portraying strong metal rhythms and riff-weaving in the midst of folk tunes. Also this is the very first time in Carnegie Hall history that musicians with a strong heavy metal background hold concert at the Carnegie Hall venue.
The upcoming performance at Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall is possible due to Nature Ganganbaigal and TENGGER CAVALRY's dedicated fans who have contributed via Kickstarter campaign to make the concert a reality. The campaign is still open - visit here.
