"A Woman's Diary - Chapter II" ist ein vertontes, autobiographisches Abbild von Helena Iren Michaelsens Leben. Alle Songs und Texte sind persönlich, roh und unzensiert.
Das Album wurde von Tom Müller im Flatliners Studio gemastert und von Oliver Philipps produziert sowie arrangiert. Für die Gestaltung des Albumartworks ist Jan Yrlund (Darkgrove Design) verantwortlich.
