FAMILY DEVOTION MURDER’s music video for “Kraken”, the first single from its debut album, can be watched here. The song is now available on Spotify and all digital platforms via Ad Noctem Records.
Recording sessions took place at Dead Country Studio in Albignasego (PD), Italy, helmed by Mattia Borille who also mixed and mastered it. Cover and artwork were created by Valentina Cuccato.
FAMILY DEVOTION MURDER features former members from FLASH TERRORIST, a band that enjoyed some success in the first half of the 90s with the album 'Body Fusion Limit’.
The sound of this combo from the Venice area is an American thrash/hardcore sound, with clear references to "old school" bands such as SEPULTURA, FEAR FACTORY BIOHAZARD, NUCLEAR ASSAULT, MINISTRY and KREATOR and many other influences ranging from death metal to industrial.
