HumanKind comment on the song: “The inspiration for Worst Enemy comes from the difficult emotional battles that many people face day by day. Depression, anxiety, and other psychological limitations can make it challenging to live life to the fullest. The lyrics want to encourage listeners to break free from the cycle of negative self-talk and self-doubt. It's easy to get bogged down in episodes of sadness and hopelessness but with time and effort, harmony can be restored. The tone of the song is intense but at the same time vibrant and caring. The lyrics remind us that we are not alone in our struggles and that the road to self-acceptance and healing is a journey worth taking.”
The track is taken from the band’s upcoming album "An End, Once and for All" that will be released on November 24, 2023 as Digipack CD, Transparent Orange vinyl limited to 300 copies worldwide and digital streaming/download format.
