Today, March 20, it's Double Release Day again.
The first release is the new WHITEABBEY single MASTER PLAN, the beginning of their upcoming EP TRILOGY II: SWEET REVENGE. MASTER PLAN doesn’t invite you into a chocolate factory, it drags you somewhere far more unsettling. This isn’t the story you grew up with. WHITEABBEY reimagine Willy Wonka not as a whimsical eccentric, but as someone shaped by the cruelty of their childhood. The teasing and laughter that lingered long after the school bell rang. Years later, the children of those very classmates find themselves holding golden tickets. Inside the factory, nothing happens by chance. Every invention has intention. Every challenge carries meaning. Every consequence feels... personal. Blending the twisted morality of Willy Wonka with the dream-stalking menace of Freddy Krueger, WHITEABBEY plunges the listener into full horror territory. And, in a nod to Quentin Tarantino, we start where any good story begins - right in the middle, a smash cut straight into chaos before rewinding to reveal how everything was carefully set in motion. MASTER PLAN is less about fury and more about balance - a haunting “what if?” where the past is never truly forgotten, and the chocolate factory becomes a stage for long-delayed justice. TRILOGY II: SWEET REVENGE will see the light of day May 1st.
Our second release is the new CAVE video single POWER OF ROCK. The song is an electrifying anthem about music as salvation. Rising from darkness into defiance, the song captures the unstoppable fire, pride, and unity that only rock can ignite. With thunderous energy and a rebellious spirit, it celebrates the heartbeat that drives us higher. A song and sound that changes you forever. Very special guest on POWER OF ROCK is VANDEN PLAS guitarist Stephan Lill on lead guitar!
In April 2026 CAVE will not only release their new album, they will also hit the road as special guests of the mighty MASTERPLAN on their "Metalmorphosis Tour 2026":
