Metalapolis Records News: SERGEANT STEEL & DEFENDER
On Friday October 2nd we release new SERGEANT STEEL & DEFENDER singles:
SERGEANT STEEL take aim at false prophets on CATCH THE TRAIN, the razor-sharp new single from their upcoming album GOLDEN ABSOLUTION. Behind driving riffs and an anthemic chorus lies a biting tale of fake preachers peddling salvation for profit, faith turned into a business model. Equal parts groove and warning, the track lures you in before twisting the knife. A must-listen for fans of Heavy Metal with teeth and a message and a fantastic must-watch video! The sixth album GOLDEN ABSOLUTION of Austria's Hard Rock band #1 will see the light of day on CD and digital on Friday October 16.
German NWOTHM hopefuls DEFENDER are back with single #3 which is also the title track of their upcoming long awaited and highly anticipated second album TITANS OF FIRE. The band describes the song as one of their strongest songs they‘ve ever written. TITANS OF FIRE is a statement of strength, perseverance, and passion. Perfectly made for everyone who loves big hooks and epic atmospheres! DEFENDER's second album TITANS OF FIRE will see the light of day on November 6, 2026 on CD, vinyl and digital.
Both singles are available now on all major digital streaming platforms. We would greatly appreciate your support through news coverage, playlist additions, reviews and social media features!
