Der Vater David Garretts, Georg Paul Bongartz, sieht sich durch „mannigfaltige unwahre Tatsachenbehauptungen“ in seinen Persönlichkeitsrechten verletzt, so das Schreiben seines Anwalts Prof Dr. Christian Schertz.
