"HellTherapy", a brand new song from south american heavy metal ERIDANUS, is available for streaming on SoundCloud. The new song is the title track of the band's debut album, and also a return of the group after two years on hold, now with a new line-up, formed by Thiago Lauer (vocals), Roger Feilstrecker (guitars), Deivid Morais (guitars), Andi Castro (bass) and Rafael Reis (drums).
Today, Baltimore’s thrash assassins, NOISEM, just released a high-action video for ”Severed,” the track hailing from the band’s debut LP, Agony Defined, released in June via A389 Recordings. The clip was captured by multiple cameras during the band’s searing set at this year’s Maryland Deathfest, produced by Pendragwn Productions, edited by Madison Hartke-Weber, and showcases the undeniably lethal capabilities of this young crew of thrashaholics.

Lexington, Kentucky’s BEYOND THE SHORE, who recently returned from The Blackest Hearts Tour where they played direct support to Bermuda, is pleased to announce Jonathon Pugh as their new full-time drummer. Jonathan joined BEYOND THE SHORE on the road for The Blackest Hearts Tour where he delivered a commanding performance at each stop of the eighteen-date trek and proved he was not only a perfect fit for the band stylistically, but also gelled well with all the band members. The 22-year-old drummer from Shelby, North Carolina previously played for the band Lions of Winter.
The Blind Hole, the debut full-length studio effort from Atlanta’s straightedge/vegan grindcore activists DEAD IN THE DIRT, is now streaming in its entirety at Invisible Oranges/BrooklynVegan, as the record sees official release this week via Southern Lord. Taking DITD’s downtuned, caustic riffs and pummeling blastbeats to their most morose and tonally oppressive levels to date, The Blind Hole kills off twenty-two tracks in less than twenty-four minutes, and though fueled by crushing distortion, the album boasts incredibly clear production values, recorded at Bricktop Recording Studio with Andy Nelson (Weekend Nachos) in Chicago this April, and mastered by Brad Boatright (Nails, All Pigs Must Die, Baptists, Sleep).
