Die deutschen Melodic Death Metaller von DEADEND IN VENICE veröffentlichen am 25.10.2013 ihren zweiten Longplayer, der den Titel "A View From Above" trägt.
Nach der Gründung im Jahre 2008 standen DEADEND IN VENICE bereits mit Größen wie Finntroll und Tanzwut auf der Bühne und spielten auf dem Metal Camp in Slovenien.

Über eine Million Besucher kamen zur „Der Krach der Republik“-Tournee, die im November 2012 begann und mit zwei ausverkauften Stadionkonzerten vor knapp 90.000 Menschen letztes Wochenende in der Düsseldorfer Arena endete. Die Konzertreise war damit nach Zuschauerzahlen eine der größten Tourneen, die es jemals im deutschsprachigen Raum gegeben hat.

Taiwanese avant metal ensemble, CHTHONIC, are readying to kick off a massive European trek supporting Norwegian metal titans, Satyricon. Slated to begin on November 7th in Copenhagen, the extensive journey marks the band's first performances on European soil since the release of their latest studio album, Bú-Tik, and will also mark their first-ever shows in Denmark, Sweden, Poland, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, and Luxembourg!

Today, SUNN O))) has unveiled a massive online entity through a newly-developed webstore/online presence.

The SUNN O))) (virtually/online) site is now the direct outlet for not only all releases from the long-running drone/atmospheric sect, it will serve as the source for an ongoing series of reissued merch/clothing designs. Every two to three months the band will reprint/reissue two out-of-print designs in an edition fit for the demand.

RISING: Danish Metallers Launch Track From Forthcoming Album At Metal Injection

As their second LP nears release, Danish metallers RISING have unchained another declaration of thunderous rifage from the raging beast that is Abominor through Metal Injection this afternoon.

The third of nine tracks on Abominor, and a hard stomping song recalling the old days of metal brought up to date by the fresh attack of RISING's relentless and sludgy machinery, "Vengeance Is Timeless" kicks right off with one of the most driving, infectious, stomping beats on the album, only giving in for a second midway through for the guitars to build up to the explosive rock and roll surge and a brief but pungent solo.
